The Company:
Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
To provide Support to the HSE Team.

Main Duties:
o Providing day to day HSE admin support to the Contract HSE Team.
o Compile accurate Client and Company weekly and monthly reports.
o Support the maintenance of the Company Incident Management Reporting system, CAIRS and ensure actions are effectively
managed via CAIRS and the Client Impact system.
o Providing administration services to the HSE Department as appropriate.
o Assist in the filing of minutes, reports, certificates, etc.
o Searching, distribution and logging of Safety Alerts.
o Assist in the maintenance of the Client Contract HSE Improvement Plan.
o Assist in the compilation of incident information to identify incident trends.
o Assist in the application of the Client Lessons Learned Process.
o Assist in the development of HSE Presentations for onshore and offshore purposes.
o Assist in the development of HSE Quarterly Themes and Campaigns.
o Assist with the production of the Company/Client HSE Interface document.
o Operate within the extended Client HSE Team.
o Participate in Office HSE committees and coordinate Company office inspections and improvements.
o Other duties as and when required in support of the HSE team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Good general education.
o Some HSE experience beneficial.
o Oil and gas experience desirable.
o Good communication skills.
o Ability to work in a team environment.
