The Role:
• Provide day-to-day HSE support to all levels of PMT during all stages of project both on and offshore.
• Monitor conformance by both PMT and CMT with the requirements of the Capital Projects Management system HSE MS.
• Support the HSE manager in relation to the oversight and management of all fabrication activities on and offshore.
• Provide HSE liaison and support to contractor project engineering teams.
• Monitor performance of contractor / sub-contractor and third party vendors HSE teams.
• Monitor and support contractor / vendor HSE audit plan and schedule.
• Liaise with HSE team to manage offshore induction programme.
• Ensure all PMT team members undergo on boarding process in line with CPMS requirements.
• Input into Company HSE incident reporting system. Collate above and below the line project statistics at fabrication sites and offshore locations.
• Assist in the development of the Project Human Factors Integration Plan (HFIP).

• Ensuring project compliance with Company strategic and local safety management policy.
• Development of and implementation of project safety management plan.
• Development of and implementation of project accident and incident reporting procedure.
• Reporting of accidents or incidents.
• Contractor HS&E auditing.
• Liaison with and management of interface with contractor HS&E groups.
• Production of project related HS&E documents (i.e. bridging docs etc)
• Conduct regular time out for safety presentations.
• To take a leading role in promoting Company safety, quality and environmental philosophies by example.
• Where necessary prepare training packages (PSI) and conduct training of project personnel ensuring that all training activity is adequately recorded and that new personnel are given adequate safety induction training.
• Provide HSE input into monthly and bi-weekly reports.
• Maintain regular informal contact with PMT members.
• Assist with and contribute to the development and implementation of project procedures.
• Ensure emergency equipment / PPE supplied by contractors is readily available, inspected and maintained in accordance with relevant standards, and that personnel are adequately trained in it’s use.
• Participate in risk assessments (HAZIDS, ENVID, JSA, etc) as required.
• Performs accident / incident investigations and the review of HAZARD recognition forms.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role.
