The Role:
Role:
• Provide HSE leadership to the subsea team and ensure that corporate and legislative requirements are satisfied.
• Manage USC HSE activities.
• Manage offshore HSE activities.
• Assist engineers and contractor with HSE input and risk management.
• Deliver HSE communications to team and vessels.
• Provide legislative HSE advice to team and offshore engineers.
• Represent team interests within associated Industry associations.

Responsibilities
• Participation in the development and implementation of project HSE Management procedures as required
• Liaison with various regulatory/ industry bodies
• Liaison with clients and stakeholders on HSE matters
• Organize regular Safety meetings and team training
• Ensure that corporate HSE reporting requirements and plans are adhered to.
• Ensure that contractors are aware of Goal Zero & associated corporate initiatives.
• Report weekly HSE statistics for subsea operations.
• Ensure all incidents are accurately reported within fountain and follow up actions in a timely manner.
• Attend/oversee HAZID, HAZOPs & HIRA’s as required
• Investigate all incidents with contractor and share learning across team.
• Regularly review and report against the HSE improvement plan.
• Visit sites and vessels and conduct reviews as required.
• Lead and Assist with HSE audits and advice.
• Coordinate with other Project Engineering HSE activities.
• Manage and update associated risk register & mitigations for subsea operations.
• Assist team & contractor with emergency exercises planning & coordination.
• Initiate and deliver, with others, the annual HSE improvements plan for subsea.
• Assist team & contractor with adherence and delivery around contracted HSE obligations.
• Support corporate HSE initiatives within subsea.
