The Company:
Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
Delivery of required range of HSE support services to Project.

Main Duties:
o The list of responsibilities and duties is not exhaustive but highlights a number of the major tasks of the post. The candidate may be required to undertake additional duties which might reasonably be expected of you and which form part of the function of the post.
o Provision of day to day Health, Safety and Environmental advice and support.
o Development and implementation of HSE Improvement Plans in line with the project requirements.
o Responsible for alignment of Project HSE management system to Company management system by way of conducting HSE audits.
o Conduct or review incident investigations and root cause analysis.
o Develop, implement and lead HSEQ bridging requirements with Client.
o Provide HSE reports and Environmental data to client where required.
o Develop and provide Induction training, Root Cause Analysis training, Behavioural Safety and other standard HSE training as identified and required.
o Analyse statistical trends and develop presentations and awareness training to address identified issues.
o Communicate and role out Corporate HSE Policies and procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Risk management and assessment.
o Incident investigation.
o Procedure development & review.
o Root cause analysis.
o Audit process.
o Hazard management process.
o Understanding of security issues.
o NEBOSH qualified or equivalent professional registration preferred.
o Significant experience as an HS&E advisor is preferred.
