The Company:
a major Oil and Gas Operator is seeking HSE Advisors to work on a World Scale Project.

The Role:
Job Description:
- Work closely with the HSE Managers to ensure all HSE risks associated with the program are understood and appropriate systems, procedures, training and resources are in place to manage the risks
- Assess HSE aspects of Operations and associated tenders
- Review and approve HSE Plans / Bridging Documents
- Establish appropriate procedures to ensure operations are undertaken in accordance with the projects overall HSE Management System.
- Ensure all contractors work in a consistent manner with the projects HSE MS and approved Bridging Documents / HSE Plans HSEMS.
- Coordinate HSE oversight during operations through consultation with HSE Rep. Provide advice, support and guidance on HSE matters to operations personnel.
- Ensure all HSE reporting is of good quality and is issued on time. Review Safety Performances and develop with the contractors programs to ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure strict compliance with the development project Safety requirements.
- Ensure the adequate training of personnel operating on site.
- Investigate all Safety incidents/accidents and issue prompt reports.
- Assist in the establishment and maintaining of appropriate emergency response resources in accordance with the projects ERC
- Act as mentor for the HSE personnel
- Enhance processes and documentation development to strengthen Managing Safe Work requirements and ensure interfaces between the Chevron Business Unit requirements and Major Capital Projects (MCP) are effectively delivered within owners teams and through Contractor Management processes.
- Actively support MOC requirements, Incident Investigation reports, field audits & inspections (Owner and contractor compliance)
- These positions will be overseeing the EPC’s

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- 5-10 years Oil & Gas industry
- Bachelor Degree is required
- Need to have MCP experience.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- CSP (Certified Safety Personnel certificate) a big plus.
- LNG experience a Plus.
- Major Operator experience preferred as well as EPC experience.
