The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.
Support the development and implementation of BBS programs
Integrate BBS with the implementation of clients documented HSE Management System (HSE MS) and Human Factors Engineering
Integrate BBS with incident investigation, reporting and lessons learned
Assist with the implementation and promotion of client HSE Culture Framework
Develop and deliver HSE Culture and Human Factors training programs and tools
Support the development and implementation of the INPEX Australia HSE MS and associated audit programs
Work with colleagues to deliver integrated solutions to HSE risks
Be mindful of cultural differences that could impact on effective team work

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the use of BBS and safety culture programs and tools, preferably with internationally operating petroleum companies
Experience of organisational change and development
Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
Experienced workshop facilitator and trainer
Good understanding of offshore oil & gas industry, ideally from a corporate perspective
A good understanding of the “goal setting” Australian safety regulation frame work (safety case regime, demonstration of ALARP, duty of care etc.)
Experience of safety incident investigation
Experience in implementation of HSE systems and building HSE management capability and competence in a new company
Familiarity with OHSAS 18000, AS 4810 and other relevant management systems
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to network effectively with culturally diverse stakeholders.
