The Company:

The Role:
Provide support to the site management team to ensure a rigorously review risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe systems of work are both appropriate and effective and hence allow activities to be undertaken safely, conduct site HSE inspections and audits, attend client meetings, promote safety culture to clients, contractors and employees.

Occasional travel to sites in Scotland

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
5 years construction experience ability to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and determination to deliver continuous improvement throughout the business. Substation experience.
Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills and have experience of implementing HSE systems at site. A high level of IT literacy is essential.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
NEBOSH Construction Certificate, National Grid Person and BESC
