The Role:
• Co-ordinate and manage all corporate HSE audits within the Regional Performance Unit (RPU 2012 S&OR audit). Ensure appropriate assets, functions and leadership are suitably prepared, evidence is identified and available, interviews and meetings are planned and inputs/outputs sense checked and challenged as required, prior to and during audit.
• Co-ordinate all previous corporate HSE audit action closure across the Regional Performance Unit (S&OR audits), endeavouring to ensure that all actionees complete their actions within agreed action closure date. Ensure that evidence for all actions is agreed with the Corporate HSE audit verifier and action evidence is of suitable quality.
• Act as the authority/focal point within the Regional Performance Unit for Corporate HSE audits (S&OR audits) responding to queries and coaching/educating where required.
• Manage the Regional Performance Unit Quarterly legislation update process, by actioning subject experts within the Region to review changes in legislation thereby ensuring continuing RPU regulatory compliance.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Management systems and audit experience – planning, execution and follow-up.
• Highly motivated with excellent organisation/planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels in the organisation.
• Knowledge/experience working with an O&G operator.
