The Company:
a leading provider of Professional Services to the energy, resources and complex process industries

The Role:
•To assist in the implementation of the Location specific HSE Management Plan and monitor Location performance, reporting back to the HSE steering committee on the status.
•Review and audit projects for compliance with the relevant Occupational and Safety Legislation and the client’s safety requirements.
•Assist Business development in the preparation of proposals.
•Act as Secretary for the Office HSE meetings
•Advise management on any new initiatives that have been developed by corporate HSE.
•Carry out training as required by the Location e.g. HSE Induction, Offshore Induction, Serious About Zero
•Develop and maintain Statistical data, reporting back to corporate on location performance
•Prepare reports as required by the company HSE Manager.
•Review company Safety Management System and advise of required changes.
•Ensure that reports placed into Omnisafe are closed out correctly
•Champion and promote the use of OneWay

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Qualified to professional level or legally recognised equivalent in HSE, as required by Thai legislation
•Previous experience in HSE.
•Experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems on EPC/M construction projects
•Management of locations fixed base and construction.
•Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in English and Thai
•Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
•Ability to develop HS&E training programs and deliver same

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•3 years’ experience in an active HSE role in Petrochemical/oil and gas / Pipelines
•Demonstrate leadership skills that can be developed for a more senior position.
•Demonstrate a willingness to further themselves by developing their qualifications and experience
