The Company:
Our major oil and gas client is seeking an HSE Data Analyst for a 5 – 6 month opportunity in West Houston.

The Role:

Tracking the supplier prioritization list (Strategic, Core & Managed suppliers ) – Annual refresh
Tracking Performance Review Meeting (PRM) calendar for the Strategic, Core & Managed suppliers – 4 Quarter pipeline, refreshed on a quarterly basis
Tracking Personal Safety KPIs for the Strategic, Core & Managed suppliers – These may include Near Misses, Injury/Illnesses or Environmental events - Quarterly tracking, with a report due prior to PRMs. This needs to be tied into the PRM calendar to have meaningful supplier discussions during PRMs
Tracking Process Safety KPIs for the Strategic Core & Managed suppliers that are on the PHCA list. Process safety KPIs are defined in the CSMP program guidance.
Contract Administration KPIs – Following KPIs will be tracked to review the contract compliance
Expired contracts by Category Manager
SMS Contracts expiring in 30/60/90 days – Tracked by Category Manager and reported on a monthly basis
SRM Contracts expiring in 30/60/90 days – Tracked by Category Manager and reported on a monthly basis
Discrepancy report between contracts in SMS & SRM (Expiration dates, ownership etc.)
Contracts renewed/extended without Strategic Sourcing Quarterly review of Spend data received from Operations Procurement for suppliers that should be contracted by Strategic Procurement (repeat spend that increases the spend/criticality threshold, currently set at $250K)
Deviation from CMP and CPP – Alignment with Sourcing strategies and OneSource Projects and contracting activity – Flag deviations from CMP and CPP (as approved by the Governance board) on a quarterly basis
Work closely with the CGB secretary and maintain the Governance board pipeline
Track PHCA/PMCA contracts upcoming for renewal and ensure that they are reviewed at the Governance board prior to extension (Sourcing project marked complete).
Track Governance Board KPIs
Percent of spend going through the Governance Board
Percent of PHCA spend going through Governance Board
Progress of PHCA/PMCA gap closures and related actions
Percent of PRMs completed as required (approved per the supplier prioritization)
Delayed CGB submissions and emergency approval requests for CGB
Number of submissions not approved by CGB in first round
