The Role:
Purpose of the Function
· Ensure integrated HSE plan within entire project
· Actively pursuing project progress regarding HSE issues via and including offshore visits
· Interface to relevant authorities
· Direct HSE reporting to Project Manager
· HSE Coordination between contractors and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities for the Function
· Coordinates with Engineering technical Safety, Construction Safety and offshore operations
· Provision of assistance for SIPA and project manager regarding HSE issues
· Actively coordinates all HSE and Authority related requirements with respective onshore/offshore
organization
· Ensures that all HSE and Authority related aspects are systematically identified and addressed
· Monitors actively the compliance of the design with regulatory requirements
· Assures development, implementation, tracking and maintaining an integrated Project Safety Plan
(including relevant KPIs)
· Ensures legal compliance with all relevant International, National and Site Specific HSE legislation,
relevant permits, licenses and regulations.
· Ensure that principal onshore/offshore HSE policies and safety manual is followed.
· Reviewing selected FEED, EPCM and construction contractors HSE documentation to ensure that
principal onshore/offshore HSE requirements have been correctly implemented.
· Ensures construction contractor takes care of proper waste handling, labelling, disposal, respectively
enforce the contractors to take care about their own wastes according to the contracts.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
· University degree in engineering
· Internationally recognised HSE qualifications e.g. NEBOSH, CIEH and IOSH (National Examination
Board of Occupational Safety and Health, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and Institute of
Occupational Safety and Health)
· Sound knowledge of HSE relevant international, national and site specific regulation / legislation.
· Sound knowledge of HSE Management Systems.
· Sound integrated knowledge of process technologies and environmental affairs, safety issues in
engineering and construction
