The Company:
A major Global operator focusing on Exploration and Production operating in more than 110 countries and employing over 100,000 people. A leader in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industries priding themselves in their innovation and Environmental/Energy Efficiency

The Role:
Member of a team providing HSE reporting services on behalf of Company.

Reports are numerical / graphical (not narrative) covering Safety Incidents and Environmental Emissions for Company activities.
Incumbent will provide support to Environmental Information Analyst and Incident Information Analyst.

Role will involve:
Gathering data (partly automated);
Compiling and running reports;
Answering queries on data and reports;
Submitting key reports within specified deadlines;
Managing data stores;
Working as part of a closely integrated team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Highly numerate
Computer literate
Strong Excel skills
Ability to learn quickly and operate proficiently
Complex Shell HSE computer systems
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deal with (occasional) operational stress, e.g. deadlines. Desirable competences:

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of Safety and Environmental disciplines;
Knowledge of the Upstream Oil and Gas industry;
Previous data administration experience;
Previous teamworking experience
Experience of Business Objects software.
