The Role:
MISSIONS
• To monitor and ensure compliance of the work with HSE specifications, procedures and exceptions/deviations.
• To ensure that COMPANY rules and general specifications for HSE are enforced; to monitor the project HSE performance during construction to commissioning and to provide advice and support to the Site Representatives concerning HSE issues.
• To work at construction yards - in close relation with the TLP HSE Leader - and play a key role in HSE
leadership in communication, inspection and survey at the designated area of the TLP project.
• To ensure the implementation of the MHN Safety Culture Program" IMPACTS" (IMProvement & Acts
Together for Safety) and to reach an integrated Safety Culture.

• To provide safety support to the Team for the MAESTRO implementation and for the Total's Golden Rules deployement on site.



ACTIVITIES
• To perform regular HSE supervision to monitor the HSE performance on yards/offshore .
• To provide daily and weekly HSE reports on site surveys and inspections .
• To ensure that the CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTORS comply with all relevant COMPANY
requirements and devote sufficient HSE resources to the project.
• To check if construction yard/offshore activities comply with all relevant COMPANY HSE rules and requirements.
• To participate in any technical or coordination meetings necessary to fulfill his job responsibility .
• To communicate with the CONTRACTOR'S HSE team to solve day-to-day problems .
• To liaise with other disciplines, to ensure consistency of the works regarding HSE issues .
• To stop any unsafe operation/situation and report immediately to TLP HSE Leader .
• To implement, monitor and report corrective actions at CONTRACTOR'S site .
• To conduct regular safety tours on CONTRACTOR'S site .
• To carry out daily routine and random site HSE inspections .
• To conduct job safety analysis meetings with CONTRACTOR for major tasks of the project at yard/offshore .
• To assist the TLP HSE Leader in the coordination of HSE trainings as per project training requirementsand perform HSE induction for new comers and/or visitors.
• To assist the TLP HSE Leader in HSE reporting .
• Liaise with the project assistant for the management of PPE in terms of stock and distribution
• To implement safety campaions and safety initiatives .

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 10 years' experience in construction site HSE Supervision.
• Previous experience in a large korean taskforce environment.
• Thorough understanding of HSE management systems and risk management processes.
• Good knowledge of korean and international HSE legislation, codes of practice, etc.
• BOSIET is mandatory
• Fluency in Korean and Enqlish. French will be a plus.
