The Company:
Multi billion Dollar expansion to an existing successful LNG plant in Indonesia which is at FEED stage now. This expansion is to serve domestic consumption in Indonesia, for which demand is extremely high, so there are no delays with the project expected. FID is due middle of 2013.

The Role:
HSE Manager for the project which involves six fields extracting combined proven reserves of around 14.4 trillion cubic feet of clean gas. Two normally unmanned offshore production platforms collect gas from the reservoir, then send it through sub-sea pipelines to an LNG processing facility on the south shore. From here, LNG will goes to energy markets using LNG tankers.

The LNG processing plant will consists of two ‘trains’, producing at least 7.6 million metric tons of LNG a year. Other facilities at the site include storage tanks, an LNG tanker loading terminal, as well as maintenance facilities, offices and a personnel accommodation complex.

The third LNG train will have capacity of 3.8 million tonnes per year (tpa), he said, which would bring total output at the plant to 11.4 million tpa.

Facilities are now understood to include three wellhead platforms, respectively located at three gas fields. One of the platforms will be a CPP. Two new CRA subsea pipelines of 22km and 30km transporting gas and condensate from the fields to feed the onshore LNG plant. Together the fields have combined proven reserves of 14.4 trillion cubic feet of gas.

Two EPIC packages:
1.EPIC for 2-3 wellhead platforms. Topside weigh 2000-ton with 6-legged jacket weigh 1300-ton. Contract will also include onshore gas handling plant.
2. 2 subsea pipelines, measuring 22km and 30km, to transport gas and condensate from the fields to the LNG plant

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
15 years overall minimum with at least 5 in a management capacity
Bachelors degree or relevant demonstrated work experience
HSE management and leadership for a large scale multi billion dollar project
