The Company:
Our Client is a Leading, Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry. This role is based in our client's project offices in London (central).

The Role:
Job Purpose

Maintain and further refine the HSE Performance Reporting process for collating site and office HSSE performance data and provide summary performance data into the various project reports (internal and external).

 Maintain Incident Register and prepare incident trend analysis.
 Coordinate the update of aggregated HSE performance for North Sea Developments portfolio.
 Maintain and update HSE documentation and information on team SharePoint Database
 Enter actions arising from HSE reviews and audits into the project actions tracking system. Develop performance management information to give visibility to team performance on action close out.
 Coordinate HSE training for Project personnel
 Support updates of the HSE Risk Register through edits and additions to PIMS.
 Support Lessons Learned Workgroup – collate lessons and incident learnings from projects all over the world and prepare presentations, develop actions and follow-up
 Maintain the HSE performance management calendar to ensure that all of the required deadlines are met
 Support development of HSSE initiatives & Campaigns e.g. development and delivery of HSE presentations & booklets.
 Organize Monthly HSSE Meetings and prepare team performance data in support of monthly performance review cycle.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Candidates should hold a NEBOSH certificate or equivalent professional qualification.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Aptitude for handling complex data sets using spreadsheet functionality and performing analysis to identify of key messages. (Excel)
• Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills to maintain productive relationships key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter, focused on delivering on time.
• The role would suit a graduate at an early stage in their career path looking to develop within a major project environment or a qualified HSE professional with a flair for HSE performance analysis and improvement.
