The Role:
Purpose:
“To ensure effective safety and health policies and programs at work, including an evaluation of risk, as
well as training and education of Seafarers, with the purpose of preventing work accidents, professional injuries or illnesses,
including measures to reduce and prevent the risk of exposure on damaging levels to environmental factors and chemical substances,
as well as the risk of injuries or illnesses that may derive from the use of equipment and machinery onboard the vessel.”

Job Description:
-Ensure compliance to PTTEP Safety Requirements as stated in the Contract.
-Be able to reference to Panama Ship Articles – MMC 271 (Executive Decree No.86 of February 2013).
-Preparation, review and revised Project HSE deliverables i.e. HSE Plan, ERP, TEP, EMP, Risk Assessment
-Fully versed with PTTEP Life Saving Rules
-To attend Management weekly meeting, Monthly HSE Meeting, scheduled Inspection and Audit Meetings for offshore barges.
-Monitor SSHE Plan KPIs and roll out
-Prepare and submit SSHE Plan KPIs to Co. on the 10th and last week of every month.
-Prepare SSHE Program, SSHE Issues and conduct internal SSHE Audit on the Barge
-Join monthly SSHE Audit (against SSHE Plan compliance) with Co. Rep and follow-up close out
-Join Barge pre-mob inspection with Co. and follow-up close out
-Investigate every Incident and prepare Safety Alert for Lesson Learnt.
-Present recordable incident to Co. , with root cause and tree analysis.
-Update Incident Tracking and monitor close out
-Prepare, Launch monthly safety campaign and monitor roll out report
-Ensure JSA are current and specific
-Monitor competency and evaluate training needs analysis of barge crew
-Prepare training and risk management
-Monitor effective new comer program, report and feedbacks
-Monitor the implementation of HSE Operational Implementation and control are in place
-Implement and enforce the Integrated Management System to HSE Team
-Be readily available and contactable to answer and response to any crisis
-Be ready to take the lead in time of crisis
-Any other tasks as may be instructed by Management
