The Company:
A Global Oil & Gas Operator.

The Role:

• Contribute to the implementation of an effective HSE policy - covering protection of personnel, care for the environment and preservation of installations – and related reference system.
• Ensure MHN Safety Culture program called IMPACTS is implemented at SITE.
• Provide HSE support to CSR by advising and applying Project HSE Rules.
• Ensure that Contractor and Subcontractor are aligned with MAESTRO principles
• Assure HSE support and team management for preparation, execution control and reporting of operational activities at SITE.
• Consolidate Reporting at SITE
• Liaise with UFR HSE LEAD at SITE level

• To support and enforce the HSE Project objectives and directives
• To support and implement the Project HSE management system (plans, procedure and specifications) Ensure that HSE specifications, rules are applied in accordance with the Exhibit HSE, and Project Procedure such as HSE Plan, Execution of HSE during project, reporting and recording, etc.
• To monitor the implementation of safety procedures and working practices by Contractor.
• Launch or participate to HAZID, Job Risk Assessment, and prepare ARO/RLO/ROC when needed.
• Participate in actions for identifying and minimizing operational risks, especially for co-activities
• Present downgraded situations that could impacts Project prior completion of the work
• Participate in weekly and monthly HSE incentive schemes
• Participate to Tool Box Talk, Animation of the Golden Rules of the Month, HSE and Monthly Weekly Meetings.
• Liaise with the MHN UFR HSE LEAD in conducting HSE audit and monitoring the improvement Plan.
• Take part in HSE Committee meetings
• Participate and challenge in the implementation of the Emergency Management System
• Launch Drills time to time.
• Contribute to HSE performance improvement and associated monitoring.
• Ensure that personnel at SITE are fully trained as per MOHO NORD HSE Training procedure.
• Check on the availability and maintenance of all specific HSE prevention materials and equipment.
• Take part in the analyses of the accidents / incidents and all the events (anomalies) with an High Potential (4 or 5 )
• Participate in the definition of the HSE equipment of prevention and intervention.
• Ensure daily and weekly inspection at SITE.
• Ensure respect of PPE Management at SITE.
• Consolidate Reporting (Man-hours, Incidents, anomalies, Best initiatives, etc) – refer to MHN Lagging and Leading Indicators

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Fluent English (spoken & written), French is a plus.
• Professional experience: at least 10 years in oil and gas construction activities with experience in coordination of construction engineers.
• Fluency in English.

• Support and enforce the HSE Project objectives and directives.
• Support and implement the Project HSE management system.
• Embrace Safety Culture program “IMPACTS”
• HSE certifications (eg CPR, CTA, Working at Height, Synergi, Industrial Gas, etc)
