The Company:
Large operating client involved with an oilfield which is nearing production phase.
Excellent company with with plenty of future growth options.

The Role:
Staff managed: 0 during detailed engineering then 2 HSE Supervisors once Commissioning starts.

Production level: At start-up = 50 KBOPD, 240 t/d LPG, 75 t/d Liquid Sulfur.

Main Technologies involved in the job: ESP wells, Gas & Oil treatment Plant with gas sweetening and SRU, produced water treatment, Oil storage and Export facilities, LPG production and Export centre, liquid nitrogen production, HP steam production, power generation.

During Detailed Engineering:
To prepare the Field Operations HSE Plan, organisation and Procedures, in accordance with the applicable Italian regulations, the Company rules and the TEPIT Health, Safety, Environment and Security policies and management systems.
To review key engineering documents related to Project Operational HSE.
To participate in Hazid’s, Hazop’s, Project Technical Reviews, safety Audits as required and ensure that corrective actions are defined, implemented, and monitored for Field Operations HSE related points.
To evaluate HSE aspects of Operations preparations activities (incl. procedures) and identify the need / organise / conduct the required risk studies / propose adequate risk mitigations measures.
To coordinate the preparation of emergency plans, contingency procedures, safety drills.
To participate in the procurement of the HSE related equipment considered as consumables and spares.
Ensure in coordination with Permitting that all appropriate authorizations needed for conducting operations are obtained, and ensure their follow-up.

On Site:
To provide on Site, HSE support and assistance to the various Field Operations departments (Production, Maintenance / Inspection, Admin & public relation Support, Commissioning/Start Up, Services teams).
To organise regular Safety drills and emergency scenarii and participate in exercises to ensure the effectiveness of the procedures.
To define the organisation of the HSE training for Field Operations personnel and contractors and monitor execution.
To participate in the planning and the preparation of SIMOPS / early start-up activities.
To provide operational HSE assistance during the commissioning activities and field start-up.
To manage the Field Operations HSE reporting (including the Field Operations contracted activities) and monitoring.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: Engineer (or equiv.)
Professional experience (total number of years): 10 + in Oil & Gas industry whom 5 years in equivalent position. If possible certified “CSE”/”CSP” for the job as per Italian laws

Technical experience:
Recognized safety management qualification in an operating environment (project and/or operations, with practical experience)
Sound knowledge in HSE matters, e.g. legislations, code of practice and possibly Company HSE standards

Foreign language: English fluent and Italian good
