The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
To be responsible for provision of administrative support to the General Manager, HSE, HSE Team Leaders and HSE Core Team.
Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain general HSE information on intranet
Undertake word processing, spread-sheeting and other data processing
Management of HSE filing system (hard / soft) to meet Company & regulatory requirements
Administer meeting room, workshop, function bookings and catering requests
Administer routine team approvals - timesheets, expenses, travel requests and leave
Prepare slide presentations and internal / external reports
Administer team document control (inc word processing, tracking of approvals & liaison with Document Control Department)
Prepare purchase requisitions and set up new vendors
Provide secretarial support to meetings
Ensure new starters within the department have all necessary inductions / access and their workspace is setup appropriately
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Support the emergency response function - roster, meetings, liaison with communication centre, ER materials, intranet and PIMs updates etc
Support HSE Committee by providing secretarial support for meetings, preparing presentations, tracking actions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

Mature experience in HSE, administration & office support
Cert IV in Business or Occupational Health & Safety (desirable)

Practical working knowledge of HSE issues, standards and management systems in petroleum or related industry
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
