The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Document Administrator to join a leading Oil and gas Operator based in Perth. The primary responsibly of the role is to document administration and document management support to the HSEQ team and the HSEQ Management System.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

•A working knowledge of document management, document control and document management systems
•Experience with formatting and finalising documents to a very high standard
•Previous experience in document management and document control
•Previous experience in oil and gas or mining, or previous experience in HSEQ
•To provide document administration and document management support for the HSEQ team and the HSEQ Management System (HSEQ-MS)
•Provide administrative support to ensure documents are formatted, numbered, stored, managed and controlled consistently and in accordance with Company and HSEQ requirements
•Provide document control support as required and create relations between documents, run reports, log system issues, file soft and hard copy documents.
•Prepare documents and document packs for review, endorsement and approval
•Assist the HSEQ Division with day-to-day use of Company document management software (DMS)
•Detail oriented, efficient, accurate and consistent individual
•Work well with others, as part of a small team and independently
•Ability to follow and carry out instructions
•Ability to handle pressure and deliver a quality product in tight timeframes
•Adept at learning quickly and being able to apply new concepts and techniques
•Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
•Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.
•Participate in the Client and Company safety performance program.
•Very strong expertise with Microsoft Word
• Strong, clear written and oral communication skills
