The Company:
Norwegian subsea company headquartered in Stavanger, Norway, with offices in Aberdeen and in the process of establishing presence in Houston, Texas. They provide the full range of subsea services and hold strong EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation) expertise within the SURF (Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers, Flowlines) segment.

The Role:
The HSEQ Manager will be in overall control of the HSEQ function with responsibility for developing strategy, policy and procedures in line with regulations and ensure implementation. He will coordinate the quality assurance and implementation of HSE and Quality programs so that the organization as a whole meets internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant laws, regulations and mandatory requirements.

• Contribute to Company Policy, Strategy, Objectives and Plans at a corporate level.
• Project manage Company Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Programme.
• Complete & follow up the Business Management System with regards to quality and certification process
• Follow up & ensure ISO 9001 certification process and the following implementation of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.
• Develop, review and monitor the HSEQ Plan, objectives and targets.
• Provide input to and follow-up the Company Management Reviews process.
• Provide professional support and advice to the Management Team and Employees on Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality matters.
• Participate in establishment of an incident reporting and follow-up system.
• Identify areas of risk and develop measures to reduce and control, running the Company’s risk management process
• Provide an Assurance and Audit role in the company.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education field
• Management subjects
• Maritime / Offshore subjects

• Significant relevant industry experience.
• Master Degree or similar education of equal duration
