The Role:

Provide technical administrative support to the UK HSEQ Systems Team.
Provide technical administrative support to the UK ETA Team.

Primary Functions:

• Provision of technical administrative support to the UK Principal Engineers and HSEQ Systems Lead to ensure effective realisation of corporate compliance and verification requirements. This includes but is not limited to:

o Analysis of UK assurance metrics.
o Compliance Verification Statement.
o Man-hours.
o HSE, Operating Integrity and Asset Integrity Assurance Boards.
o Corporate Reporting (e.g. UKLT requested reports; VCIP; assurance metrics; and misc. Corporate reports).
o TapRoot® administration.

• Provision of technical administrative support to the HSE Advisor – Regulatory Affairs in the establishment, implementation and maintenance of a Regulatory Affairs management system to ensure that company effectively meets the requirements (for said) contained in the Corporate HSE Management System Standard.
• To develop as an IMPACT ‘super-user’ and provide support to internal company customers of the IMPACT ERM® software system for managing adverse events, corrective and preventive action.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Preferably degree qualified. Preferably NEBOSH Diploma.
•Preferably strong HSE legal understanding and interpretive ability.
•Effective organisational and time management skills.
•Team player with strong teamwork/collaboration skills. An ability and willingness to communicate with a wide variety of individuals with differing functional accountabilities.
•Good written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation skills in order to communicate and positively influence others at all levels within the business.
•Strong analytical and process-approach background to management systems.
•Effective PC skills (MS Office based).
