•HSES Manager Email Management
•HSES Manager Filing Management
•HSES Manager Appointment & Meeting Management
•HSES Manager Expenses Management
•Maintain the Emergency Response On-Call Duty Rota for Duty Managers

HSES Specific Assistance

•Assist with Development & Maintenance of Improvement Plans
•Assist with Development & Maintenance of the Audit Plans
•Assist with Development & Maintenance of Risk Assessments
•Assist with Tender Evaluation Review
•Assist with Development, Distribution of Alerts and Lessons Learned Reports
•Assist in the Development of Presentations
•Assist in the Development and Implementation of Quarterly Themes and Campaigns
•Assist & Support with Maintaining and Delivering the Induction Process
•Assist & Support with DSE Workstation Assessments
•Assist with Collation of KPI Reports
•Assist with the Input and Quality of Information in the EARS & PATS Databases
•Assist with Incident Investigation Reporting
•Assist with Maintenance of the Occupational Health & Safety Legal Register
•Assist with Health Information Distribution & Surveillance Information Gathering
•Assist with Passive and Active Screening Reviews in Relation to Occupational Health
•Assist with Regulatory Correspondence Filing & Action Management
•Identify and Implement Improvements to the Management System
•Coach and Educate Employees/Contractors on Health and Safety
•Participate in Office Health & Safety Committees
•Co-ordinate Office Health & Safety Inspections and Improvements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Candidate must have exceptional IT skills particularly Excel, Word & Powerpoint
•Excellent organisational skills
•Must have an eye for detail
•Oil & Gas training background useful
