The Role:
Reporting to the Project HSSE Lead the role will provide day-to-day health, safety and environmental support to ensure continuous improvement in HSSE performance across Project delivery during execute phase. As a Team member the role requires skilful networking and the ability to work well at all levels. Responsibilities include HSSE Reporting, managing HSSE documentation and administration support for the HSSE team. There is also the requirement to oversee specific activities e.g. training schedules, and site visit programmes. The role will be based in Aberdeen.
• Provide daily support to HSSE Lead
• Provide support for project team with any HSSE Issues.
• Encourage and promote Safety, Health and Environmental awareness in all project related activities, including office based HSSE issues.
• Reporting on Project HSSE performance.
• Focal point for Traction administration and Training.
• Create and Manage Project Databases in accordance to project needs.
• Actively partake in HSSE Team meetings and Subsea HSSE Forum including the minutes of meetings.
• Manage the HSSE documentation process and update of documentation
• Take responsibility for specific Project HSSE processes and or activities as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry.
• Ability to communicate to all levels .
• Performance bias - Overcomes obstacles and adapts approach to achieve
• Partnership and team working - Actively seeks out know-how and best practice, related to own area of contribution – skilful
• Wise decisions - Assimilates complex and ambiguous data to identify key issues and aid decision making – skilful
