The Company:
With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
Position Summary

Provide co-ordination and finalisation of HSSE performance data and technical information. Support HSSE team with general administration duties. Support co-ordination of Emergency Response arrangements


Key Accountabilities
Issue weekly overdue Synergi Case reports and expedite closure
Run all necessary weekly Synergi reports for weekly bulletin

Maintain Manhours and incidents spreadsheet and review against Synergi records

Focal point for Synergi issue reporting and close outs

Review quality of case data and identify areas for improvement with case owners/HSSE Assurance manager

Issue weekly overdue Action Manager report, for Synergi, and Level 2 and above audits and expedite closure

Weekly HSSE Report for wider business

Update Team meeting action sheet and issue to team

Issue on call Duty Manager rota

Support preparation for monthly HSSE action and assurance meeting

Coordinate HSSE Plan updating and reporting

Support HSSE Audit programme (expediting findings and reports)

Complete asset HSE performance data report /statistics and graphs.

Support preparation of monthly report

Review ER rota and training needs and support arrangement of additional training as needed

Act as co-ordinator for HSSE communications across the function

Act as a focal point for HSE performance trending reports and presentations, working with the HSSE team

Support and assistance in arrangement of HSSE function meetings, producing and tracking action logs

Act as EE&P Technical specialist for management of Synergi Database

Support HSSE Team with development of new procedures in implementation of MSF

Book and arrange refreshments for functions

Provide support to booking HSE training events

Provide support to HSE event management/meetings and engagement with third parties

Diary/calendar management and general technical and administrative support to VP HSSE

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role and some experience of the workings of the hydrocarbon industry

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular PM, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience of Synergi system management, reporting and interrogation

Ability to analyse quality of, and suggest improvements around, case data

Systematic and methodical approach

Ability to pull together data from a variety of sources and present this in a fashion suitable to senior elements of the organisation

Good teamwork and communication skills

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

Proven ability in exercising judgment, initiative and independence

Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated reliability

Technical or role-related qualification desirable
