The Role:
• Provide competent support to HSSE Manager, Leads and HSSE Team.
• Collate Staff and Contractors HSSE Performance; maintain a record of all relevant information and perform analysis.
• Maintain a record of all Staff and Contractor HSSE Incidents on the Project Incident Register (ensuring correct classification and reporting boundary in compliance with GPO procedures) and prepare incident trend analysis.
• Review offshore daily reports and ensure Initial Incident Notification Form prepared for all relevant incidents.
• Act as the Project focal point for Traction; Collate and input man hours, record all incidents and incident related actions, CLC’s and investigations into the system, track close out of actions and reports, obtain incident reports as required, provide Traction training to the team.
• Prepare incident Lessons Learned summaries and communications.
• Prepare HSSE Performance Reporting Input to; Partner Report, HSSE Bulletin, Dashboards, Weekly Report, SORC, Vessel HSSE Performance.
• Monitor and report on Aberdeen BOSS particpation – Collate and record all cards submitted, present participation information for PLT, arrange updates to the system, organise BOSS training.
• With the assistance of Project HSSE Advisors, review all BOSS cards submitted on a monthly basis in order to identify key trends / interventions required and recognise quality cards for ‘BOSS Cards of the Month’ initiative.
• Liaise with Leadership Team, HSSE Advisor and external training provider to identity team training requirements, organise training and update training matrix.
• Participate and minute HSSE meetings and disseminate to relevant persons – Team HSSE meeting, Operations Safety Case Progress meeting, Onshore / Offshore HSSE meeting.
• Maintain a register of all Environmental Permits, Consents and Correspondence submitted and received.
• Assist HSSE Lead with administration / roll out of HSSE Initiatives Plan.
• Management of HSSE SharePoint sites.
• Revise and update HSSE Reporting Boundaries document and other Project HSSE documents as required.
• Enter actions into the project actions tracking system (PMCS) and provide summary reports.
• Co-ordinate and prepare HSSE material for the Project Close-Out Report.
• Liaise with NSHQ HSSE Advisor and Floor Reps on Office HSSE issues.
• Manage HSSE Notice Board and communication of HSSE issues.
• Arrange all necessary administrative and training arrangements for new starts to the HSSE Team.
• General administrative support to the team – Review documents, organise internal and offsite meetings, create presentations, order HSSE material etc.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent IT Skills with potential for further development
• Good interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of HSSE systems
• Knowledge of oil & gas operations
• Background in data manipulation and presentation
