The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
An opportunity is now available for an experienced Hull Interface Coordinator to work under the direction of the FPSO Hull Manager. In this role you will represent the FPSO Hull package in all aspects of interface, covering engineering, procurement, construction, integration, commissioning planning and cost activities.

The key roles of the Hull Interface Coordinator shall be:

- Support / assist FPSO Hull Manager for all external project-wide key interface issues.
- To check and expedite interfaces and activities as per project interface management plan and procedure.
- To schedule, attend and chair regular interface meetings as necessary.
- To anticipate and propose technical solutions to problems, and to report any conflicts.
- To organize general and dedicated focus cross-package interface meetings with Contractors on a regular basis and to expedite interfacing parties to ensure they provide requested information in a timely manner.
- To specifically coordinate and control the flow of information between project design and construction teams for the Hull related interfaces with Turret and Topsides.
- To manage and control the development of the design of the Turret area on the FPSO (Infill deck, Cargo Deck, and Moonpool annulus area).
- To keep Hull manager & Engineering Manager informed of progress made, decisions taken and the evolution of the design. To monitor, endorse and approve Interface Agreements within the Interface Management System.
- To report a weekly status summary of interface activities to the FPSO Hull Manager and to the FPSO Interface Coordinator.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following;

- A minimum of 10 years combined experience in engineering, petroleum operations, construction projects, hook-up activities.
- At least 2 years offshore work experience is required.
- An Engineering Degree.
- Excellent communication / written skills and ability to work with different disciplines and cultures.
