The Company:
An Oil and Gas exploration and production in Indonesia which has been in FEED stage is looking out the position Hull Outfitting Engineer. The company planned to build the mega project for FLNG in Indonesia and it would be the first FLNG in Indonesia.

The Role:
Oversee hull / tank outfitting / system and hull systems design to support achievement of project target on time, on budget with high quality & safety and responsible for systems's technical reliability and its integration in the overall facility
1. Hull / tank outfitting / system (including cargo tank insulation system). Hull system design and painting schedule for all over FLNG.
Review / check and evaluate FEED contractors' hull / tank outfitting and hull system design
Ensure that hull / tank outfitting / system. Hull system and painting design meet offshore oil & gas industry quality standards as well as regulatory requirements
Verify and evaluate design integrity of work and to ensure that FEED contractors proposed solutions are technically sound
Ensure that final design is in line with project specification, DEP requirement and class requirement along with project documentation.
Identfy scope and develop specifications for EPC phase based on approved final hull / tank outfitting / system hull system and painting design
Evaluate FEED deliverables of multi FEED for hull / tank outfitting / system design
Monitor and control progress of multi speed for hull / tank outfitting / system including cryogenic system and painting design
Assess local content for hull / tank outfitting / system
2. Technical assurance and integrity
Review design calculations, drawing in order to verify accuracy of deliverables for hull / tank outfitting / system and painting design
3. Contractor management
Ensure that FEED contractors provide proper progress reporting and complete documentations for hull / tank outfitting / system design
4. Planning, costs and risk management
Provide and regularly update work plan, schedule and milestone, cost estimate to lead hull engineer
Inform possible delays and budget overruns to lead hull engineer and recommend appropriate solutions, ensure that contractor implements solutions approved by lead hull engineer
5. Development and leadership
Ensure behaviors, performances, and resourcing of own team support project's goal, company policy and standards
Participate in business planning, budgeting, system integration, peer reviews and other initiatives as required
Encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Any other activities as requested to support company's success

Command of the english language written spoken

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in offshore oil & gas facility, particularly FPSO engineering / design / construction and LNGC&VLCC engineering / design / procurement / construction
Experienced in FEED detailed engineering, procurement and construction of offshore facilities
Experienced in development and review of technical specifications, drawings, data reports, and other documentations such as technical requisitions
Experienced in preparation of technical bid packages and evaluation of technical bids
Experienced in various engineering studies and workshop like HAZOP, HAZID, etc
Experienced in working in major exploration & production companies or EPC contractors
Experienced in development of hull / tank (including cargo tank / condensate tank) LQ including HVAC all other hull system (e.g., Ballasting, Bilge etc)
Knowledge of industry standards and codes (quality, safety and others) classification society regulation
Knowledge of major oil & gas company including EDPs specificatio
