The Company:
Our Client is a global leader in the supply of facilities and services for the development and production of offshore oil and gas fields as well as the systems relevant to mooring technology. Due to rapid growth they require the best engineers available to support their operations world wide.

The Role:
- Overview of Safety Critical Tasks to provide insight into reducing and preventing the occurrence of major accident Hazards.
- Oversee the management of a Human Factor Register.
- Provide human factor guidance and proactively support development of a safe and effective facilities.
- Provide specific support to the project as part of the Safety and Loss Prevention Engineering Team, e.g. assessment of design options, addressing ad hoc queries.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University degree in a relevant engineering discipline
5 years experience in engineering/construction industry
Knowledge of latest UK and classification society requirements for human factors is essential.
Member of the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (MIEHF) desirable
