Attracting talent from around the world, has broadened its business portfolio to a full range of engineering services: upstream and downstream hydrocarbon facilities; power plants; water and waste treatment plants; and industrial production facilities.

The Role:
Responsibilities:

• Strong with experience in Human Resources Management.
• Manage and implement of performance management system, career development, succession plan, talent management.
• Manages administration and implementation of recruitment, employee training and developing salary structure, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal .
• Organized and supervises administrative tasks.
• Coordinate between Top Management with each Team Manager.
• Developing HR Policy and Implement.
• Enable organization culture.
• Manage Employee Relationship.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher degree in related field.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in HRM.
• Good command of English.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Team player with positive interpersonal skills, service-mind, and flexible.
• Ability to multi- task and good sense of urgency.
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry, Petrochemical, Refinery, Hydrocarbon, Power, Infrastructure field are preferable.
• Experience in Global Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company.
