The incumbent is responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow. To plan, direct and coordinate human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, employee & industrial relations, training and people development efforts in support of an employee oriented and high performance work culture.
Other responsibilities include providing direct consultation and advice to all managers and staff on the application of HR Policies and Procedures for all people and performance issues at the work place.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Business Administration or other related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
