Human Resources Administrator - Fabrication

The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
• Maintaining spreadsheets on New starters, Mobilisations, and Demobilisations on the Project, within the specified Fabrication Yards.
• Maintain Fabrication Yard Resourcing spreadsheet to track project vacancies.
• Maintenance of the database (Man-Hour Cost Control System) ensuring all information is current and correct and submitting forms for revisions to the client for all new personnel and any changes to KJV Gorgon personnel status.
• Process Change of Status (COS) forms
• Undertaking all paper-based and electronic filing for the relevant departments in a timely and accurate manner.

• Coordination of recruitment activities for Project vacancies in the relevant departments through maintenance of the Staffing Requirements spreadsheet.
• Liaising with Line Managers to ensure the Recruitment process on the Project is followed, including completion of forms for all vacancies.
• Liaising with Recruiters and Joint Venture Partner HR representatives to arrange interviews and confirm appointments as necessary.

• Liaise with local HR Administration support in the Fabrication Yards to ensure smooth transition for starters/demobilisations
• Coordinate/Liaise weekly new starter process
• Send email termination notifications and deactivate system

• Preparation of ad-hoc staffing reports as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Admin experience is essential (minimum 3-5 years experience)
• High level of confidentiality essential
• Attention to Detail and the ability to produce quality work with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to be flexible and willing to take on a range of duties
• Ability to prioritise work, ability to manage multiple tasks, exercising initiative to ensure an efficient and quality level of service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to produce excel-based reports and perform some data analysis
