The Role:
Purpose:
To provide assistance to the HR Manager and the HRBPs in the activities of general administration, recruitment, local new hire orientation and learning & development course administration. Managing the UK HR Budget process and integrity of the HR data reporting.

Accountabilities and End Results:
Provide administration and analytical support to HRBP’s ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HRBP related work processes. Accountability for any actions undertaken relating to HR administration procedures.

Primary Functions & Dimensions:
• General administration assisting with travel and the day to day running of the HR Department.
• Assist the HR Manager and HRBP’s in the coordination of recruitment for and selections of suitable candidates.
• Act as primary contact for candidates and liaise with external agencies.
• Scheduling job interviews between HRBP & Managers.
• Handling candidate enquiries & expenses.
• Assisting with Staffing Express input & updates.
• Respond to speculative CVs.
• Arranging logistics in support of delivery of local training and development courses (venue, materials, equipment, refreshments) etc.
• Employees personal record management.
• Setting up SAP Purchase Orders and handling invoices in support of HRBP activity.
• Manage the HR Budget process.
• Headcount and contractor management.
• Special Recognition.

• Need a high level of data integrity.
• Ability to work on own initiative, with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity/confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
• Accuracy and numeracy skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork is essential in this role.

• Effective written and oral communication at all levels.
• Flexibility and willingness to continuously improve.
• Proficiency in software packages/systems - SAP and Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
