The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
A key member of the HR team responsible for managing HR systems and data. Part of a small team providing HR Subject Matter expertise supporting a large HR user group and a wide range of HRIT transformation programmes, including; Implementation of Success Factors, global deployment of SAP ECC to new regions, integration of HR data into payroll and time & attendance systems.

•The team are responsible for delivering the following services; Designing HR master data solutions,
• Managing the quality of HR master data and ensuring the quality of HR transactional data,
•Root cause analysis of data incidents, identify and implement improvements to avoid recurrence,
•End user support, Ensuring the HR master and transactional data footprint is consistently governed across other HR systems such as Success Factors and payroll, Govern system user access and transactional standards for SAP ECC,
•Impact assess the implementation of new HR systems on existing transactional data processes and standards,
•Identify opportunities for HR data improvements, SAP ECC reporting & analytics.

Experience Required:
•Experience of working closely with IT colleagues.
•Operational knowledge of SAP HR.
•Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
•Strong ability to self-organise and manage conflicting priorities.
•Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Experience Preferred:
Previous HR Shared Service Centre experience.

Additional Information :
Role will be based at Whitley. Some travel to other sites may be required to support internal meetings. This order is for a day rate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Superuser experience of SAP HR PA and Organisation Management
2)Experience and understanding of HR transactional processes and HR data
3)Experience of working closely within an HR Shared Service
