The Company:
Our client, a major international Engineering, Procurement & Construction company, requires expertise for their ongoing mega-projects in Alberta.

This position is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

The Role:
• Provide senior HVAC design and technical support for the layout, design and specification of equipment for mechanical ventilation systems for industrial plants and their related infrastructure
• Review project documents prior to issue for scope and presentation, including checking for technical accuracy
• Establish good working relationships and communication with area leads, department managers and clients
• Develop and maintain positive, sustainable client relationships
• Coordinate and work with project team members

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering coupled with proven industrial experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in process gas ventilation systems, industrial ventilation control in work place environments, and general HVAC design for industrial and commercial applications

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Proven expertise using AutoCAD2000 and knowledge of 3D design/drafting
• Registered member of APEGGA
• Experience in Oil Sands is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment
