The Company:
Our client is the worlds leading independent company in powertrain development. Based in the UK, our client has proven success in the development of powertrain systems with internal combustion engines. Our client is a highly competent partner to the engine and automotive industry.

The Role:
Align requirements format, storage and content globally with various teams involved in electrified powertrains.
Lead peer reviews of all proposed requirements from the research team.
Develop and stream-line proposed requirements.
Set up and run a HLA review forum and change management process.
Develop suitable system level test cases aligned to use-cases.
Cascade appropriate requirements to the relevant teams and follow up to ensure full understanding and buy-in of the requirements.
Development and ownership of hybrid High Level Attribute (HLAs) and associated Design Verification Methods (DVMs).
Integration into the global storage medium and set up of linkages to the High Level Functions (HLFs), requirements, use-cases and DVMs
Ownership of the HLA change-management process.
Alignment with Micro- and Full-HEV processes.
Requirements cascade within customer using FSMS, VSEM, eFDVS or the appropriate process.
Ensure alignment of requirements with the quality work products.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering/Science Degree (or equivalent).
Automotive engineering knowledge / experience.
Experience with system requirements definition, cascade and management.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Willingness and ability to interface constructively with a global team.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of start-stop or electrified powertrain related systems requirements and requirements management
