The Role:
The ICCS Completions Engineer is responsible for managing ICCS activities of the Completions Engineering group. The ICCS Completions Engineer reports to the Lead I&C Completions Engineer and will work closely with other ICCS and Instrument Completion Engineers plus at times Electrical and Mechanical Completions Engineers. ICCS Completions Engineer will supervise the I&C Craft for ICCS activities. ICCS Completions Engineer will provide ICCS technical support to specialist activities.

Technical Team Leadership:
* Leads and owns the Controls Systems respectively as a System Engineer, driving completion.
Previously in-control of several areas including:
* Lead craft supervision for a wide range of ICSS equipment and system testing and commissioning activities.
* Support pre-commissioning team activities associated to the 3 main ICSS sub-systems of Process Control System (PCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS) and Fire and Gas System (FSG), this may involve logic inspection, verify alarm/set points, establish data links to foreign devices (via fieldbus, programmable logic solver and independent processors), walk downs.
* Execute specific specialist commissioning activities associated to PCS, SIS and FGS (in coordination with system engineers) such as establishing ICSS detailed interfaces with other plant automation systems such as tank gauging and anti-surge control systems.
* Works with commissioning system engineers for Site Acceptance Tests and co-ordinates with Performance Test Lead, if SAT is to be run in parallel with the Demonstration Test.
* Executes I&C preservation activities. This involves co-ordination with the preservation team.
Technical Information Management:
* Applies management of change process to the I&C Completions activities. This includes design changes, changes to scoped drawings, produces NCRs/RFIs/FCDs, redlines, and associated rework and retesting coordination.
* Applies I&C CSU documentation and procedures and supports management of change, updating and tracking (working in conjunction with the specific document owners).
* Apply project I&C and general procedures and prepares CSU electrical isolation, switching & energisation documents.
* Update scoped drawings and databases; whilst coordinating with the Completions Department Turnover Coordinator. This includes input of any required changes into TEAMWorks and SetRoute.
* Ensure all project I&C and general procedures are being utilized and followed by the I&C craft.
* Support the Lead I&C Completions Engineer with component information for I&C Field Material Requisitions.
* Work with subcontractors, supplier representatives & other discipline teams to ensure proper documentation of testing.
* Supports LOTO activities by review during work preparation, and confirms 100% compliance of craft sign on/off.
