The Company:
Our client is a leading International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects.

The Role:
Accountable to the Downstream Planning Manager on all matters concerning the planning of both implementation and execution across the overall ICSU work scope which covers both Upstream, Downstream and Site Infrastructure activities.

Key responsibilities will include: • Provide advice to the Downstream Planning Manager in respect planning and interface management across the various teams

• Development of an overall implementation plan covering Phase 4a Downstream ISCU activities such that each component part can be managed by respective Leads but overall integration is aligned, complete and can be managed at a strategic ICSU level.
• Identification and alignment of a work process to enable production of a Level 4 Commissioning schedule covering the Phase 4b scope
• Management of the development of an integrated Level 4 Commissioning schedule and alignment with the overall project schedule
• Development and management of the ICSU section of the Project Master Schedule
• Management of the EPCm contractors commissioning planning / progress measurement / reporting for the ICSU scope of work
• Management and coordination of key Downstream ICSU schedule interfaces
• Development and management of overall Downstream ICSU reporting
• Co-ordinate workshops to assure alignment between all stakeholders – Upstream and Downstream as schedule scope requires. • Identify key schedule alignment issues/decisions and co-ordinate resolution
• Advise Downstream Planning Manager on progress and identify threats to meeting ICSU milestones. Safety Responsibilities: Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by : • Being aware of Australian and Local Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: BS preferred or equivalent experience BSc (UK)
Experience: 10+ years

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Preferred Skills: Client LNG / Construction. System expertise: P6. Good communication skills at all management levels, Ability to work without supervision, Good Co-ordination skills, Attention to detail, Able to supervise.
