The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Accountable to the ICT Completions Manager in Perth for:
• Handover Assurance (physical Assets) in respect ICT scope through to operations
• Liaise with Upstream TO/HO Coordinator to align inputs to the Systems Handover Databases (Zenator/Takeover XP)
• Co-ordinate handover assurance process to ensure timely delivery of the Handover Dossiers to operations Functionally this position shall report into the ICT team.
Accountable on BWI for:
• Assuring completeness of content of Handover Dossiers and relevant links into Zenator certification
• Assuring progress on Turnover/Handover in line with the agreed sequence and priorities

Key responsibilities will include: Perth
• Support to the ICT Completions Manager in the Assurance of the overall integrated handover strategy, plans and procedures thus ensuring a smooth transfer of ownership to the final asset team
• Advise ICT Completions Manager on progress wrt TO/HO and identify threats to meeting handover milestones.
• Liaise with Upstream QA/QC Manager/Upstream Systems Completion Manager to ensure clarity of scope, roles and responsibilities wrt utilization of Zenator/Takeover XP
• Liaise with Operations to map out (by Handover Area) the format and content of deliverables required to demonstrate the asset is safe to start up e.g. Ex Registers.
• Liaise with the Information Management team/ to assure alignment of Zenator handover requirements with Documentum.
• Liaise with Downstream QA/QC Manager to ensure clarity of scope, roles and responsibilities wrt utilization of Zenator to demonstrate the integrity of the asset for Start Up e.g. Worksafe dossiers, NCRs,
• Develop an assurance plan to satisfy CVX Governance requirements over KJVG. BWI
• Liaise with Discipline/SMEs within the ICT Commissioning Assurance Team to monitor and advise the ICT Commissioning Management team on blocks to progress towards completion of Handover Dossiers to meet RFSU.
• Liaise with SMEs within the ICT Commissioning Assurance Team to monitor/assure completeness of the evidence within Zenator and elsewhere (in line with the agreed Handover Dossier requirements).

• Being aware of Australian and Local Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations. Understanding and implementing as far as possible the Project’s vision of Operational Excellence (OE vision) and IIF Main Interfaces: INTERNAL Stakeholders
• CVX ICT Manager and respective team leads/managers for ICT Team
• Zenator ImplementationTeams • Operations Production Superintendant (for Handover)
• Upstream Systems Completion Manager • Commissioning Manager Initial Works
• Upstream Handover Engineer
• QA/QC Managers (Upstream and Downstream)
• Turnover Manager Modules
• KJVG Manager Handover & Transition
• THA Implementation Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
10+ years oilfield related experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• BS Engineering is preferred
• Commissioning, Completions – preferably on LNG and subsea tiebacks.
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills in the context of systems progress and communications of trends to his management team.
