The Role:
ICT Support required to be based at the Clients Stockton Office.

This position is a temp position lasting approx. 2 – 3 months with the a possible opportunity to become permanent.

PURPOSE
Reporting directly to the ICT Support Team Leader. The ICT Support will be part of a highly skilled, self-motivated, ICT team, whose primary objective is to ensure that ICT support, policies and procedures meet business requirements to the specified standards.

PRIMARY ROLE OBJECTIVES
In line with business and legislative requirements, to maintain high levels of safety, availability and reliability for support, by ensuring the effective and accurate provision of a diverse range of ICT duties, in order to support companies projects achieving the ICT goals and objectives. To portray the role of ICT Support in an enthusiastic, positive and professional manner.

MAJOR DUTIES
To support a major company project satisfying both business and customer needs.
As required, to undertake appropriate key skills and other required learning and development actions, to achieve the standards required to fulfil the ICT Support role.
As required and to a competent level, receive and successfully carry out assigned tasks and duties within the required timeframe to support the department and business in achieving its goals.
To gain an appreciation and understanding of working in and contributing to an ICT Department.
To gain an appreciation and understanding of a major project transition and task driven milestones.
To contribute to ICT department and project meetings, objectives, policies and procedures.
Responsible for ICT asset receipt, logging, and building.
Responsible for ICT asset software installations and configuration.
Responsible for network user account creations and configurations.
Responsible for the physical rollout and installations of ICT assets.
Establish strong, effective relationships with all members of the ICT Department and its key customers -internal and external.
