The Company:

The Role:
• Responsibilities include: Information Management Analysis & Project Delivery Directly responsible for the development and implementation of the following Information Management elements:
• Support development and implementation of an IM Strategy (led by IM Coordinator)
• Provide subject matter expertise to IM projects and customers
• Experience in project team planning for front-end engineering and design to IM handover to Operations
• Develop and implement key IM processes, supporting business controls and tools; including deployment and training to customers
• Provision of robust, secure and usable Information Management technologies and tools (inc. DMS & collaboration tools)
• Serve as primary IM SME (Subject Matter Expert) for project eRooms (structure, security models, Work In Progress processes); develop eRoom user training materials and governance documentation
• Support development and Implementation of a robust mechanism that ensures information associated with/ impacted by the change (MOC) process is managed in a manner that is visible and supports continued completeness and integrity of the Information set, inc:
• Coordination, capture and tracking
• Review and approval process (inc. demonstration of Technical authority endorsement)
• Red line mark-up, project document (planned change) and work pack management
• Apply Information Protection standards in the development of system requirements, business processes and procedures
• Ongoing communication and promotion of IM processes, standards and best practice
• As agreed in project scope and plan, provide post go-live support to end users to:
• refine user procedures and business processes, and
• facilitate the introduction of new work disciplines
• Demonstrate commitment to world class performance Opportunity Assessment and Stakeholder Management
• Capture the high level business requirements in context to specific business strategies, goals and objectives allowing an initial set of solution alternatives to be identified (Phases 1 and 2)
• Evaluate the business fit of different solution alternatives
• Identify and map high level end-to-end business scenarios allowing: ? proposed solutions to be understood in a business context ? the IM Coordinator to develop an “integrated” set of solutions for the program with limited gaps and overlaps across functional areas
• As instructed, assist in the development and documentation of the business case for new IM systems regarding:
• Identification of qualitative and quantitative benefits
• Identification of process and people change required to support the realization of benefits
• Timeline for the realization of benefits aligns with the expected duration for associated business process and organizational changes to occur

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Systems Analysis: Minimum of 5 years experience in the analysis of information systems architecture, including the mapping of information flows, development of business processes, and specification of systems interfaces. Experience with implementing Document Management Systems, Collaboration Tools and Engineering Data Warehouses.
• Completed a DMS Deployment
• Experience with a major oil and gas operator
• Degree in an Information Management related discipline preferred
• Document control administration and MCP project experience; Experience providing technical support and assistance for the electronic document management system to ensure efficient document processing.
• Working knowledge of company standards for document management systems, processes, procedures, workflow and contract language
• Internal Audit/ Quality Control of established IM processes
