The Role:
To manage and control a variety of planning and coordination activities as regards to company’s travel services, transportation needs, courier and printing services.

• Lead the Industrial Logistics division in ensuring that all activities and tasks are fully coordinated, appropriately authorized and performed effectively and according to plan.
• Manage the selection of all service providers, in particular the logistics and travel agencies, to support company’s operations.
• Participate in the drafting and reviewing of service contract/ concession scope, provisions, terms and conditions in compliance with company procurement and contracting policies.
• Ensure that invoices received from vendors and contractors are verified and processed in compliance with the terms and conditions of individual contracts.
• Create and implement the travel policy with defined travel options for employees at all levels and ensure Travel Coordinator’s compliance with the travel policy at all times.
• Coordinate all transportation activities, including leased vehicles, contracted taxi services and company cars to facilitate operations and eliminate logistical interruptions.
• Manage the mail service locally and internationally by partnering with leading carrier companies (DHL, Aramex, Fed-X) to ensure efficient delivery of documents/packages.
• Manage all office consumables, including household office items, domestic requirements, stationery and generator services effectively.
• Source out internal solutions as well as contracting external printing service providers to meet comapny’s printing needs.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by Division staff.
• Perform all tasks and activities in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
• Assess the level of skills of employees and identify the need for development programs.
• Motivate, coach, develop and support respective employees.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.
