Big International Company is looking for The Industry Sales and Service Representative (Building construction products):

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN RF

JOB PURPOSE: To deliver the business plan and assure customer value by consulting with dealers to market Company products and services, assisting in the development of dealer sales capability and minimizing the commercial impact of customer complaints.

The Role:
JOB DUTIES:
The incumbent is a sales and service liaison among dealers, customers and other Company personnel. Incumbent is very familiar with the company’s processes, systems and methodologies.

Key accountabilities include:
1.Machine, work tools and parts sales forecast, as well as development and
2.Implementation of local marketing strategies,
3.Assist Company Dealers in developing and implementing customer solutions including marketing plans, sales coverage, merchandising programs, product value needs and pricing issues,
4.Grow product & services sales thru increased participation in business opportunities,
5.Determine best actions to balance enterprise, dealer and customer needs for the industry segment,
6.Build and maintain partnerships with end users via focus on customer satisfaction, by ensuring fair-value and regular post-sale customer contact in concert with dealer personnel,
7.Resolve issues and provide conflict and problem resolution as required,
8.Develop dealer post-sale customer contact strategy and manages warranty/goodwill administration.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1.Technical education (university degree) and good technical knowledge is a must,
2.From 3 years prior experience in field assignments,
3.Demonstrated ability to work independently, to communicate effectively and to influence others in the work group, dealer personnel and customers,
4.Readiness to work overtime to deliver results,
5.Advanced Decision Making skills, attention to details,
6.Ability to travel up to 50% of worktime,
7.Fluent English, Russian.
