Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.
The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Information and Performance Management Coordinator.
The Deployed Safety & Operational Risk (S&OR) function provides independent assurance on the quality of conformance with applicable Client requirements and develop/operate systems to manage operational risk. The Planning, Performance & Learning (PPL) team for the Angola region is based in the UK and requires temporary support to manage S&OR related information and systems whilst bringing on a new major project.
Support management and use of S&OR systems to provide:
Informative tracking systems (excel based and other suitable systems), to provide detailed and summary performance information
Organising the effective storage of information. Publish and retrieve data in S&OR data systems as specified by the business and data management processes.
Provide support on development and management of management system documentation to the Planning Performance Learning Lead
Track audits, gap closure plans and provide reporting status for S&OR performance information
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience of managing industry information
Previous experience of operating information management tools and data management system, particularly collecting, analysing and reporting information using spreadsheets.
Strong interpersonal skills / ability to work with a wide range of people.
Strong verbal communication and written skills.
Education - GCSE or A level
