The Company:
Our client, a major owner/operating company, seeks expertise for mega-projects in Canada.

This opportunity is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

The Role:
• provide day-to-day support to the Sr. Information Advisor
• take meeting minutes, assemble and distribute as required by the Sr. Information Advisor
• facilitate IMDR process; update IM decision record log, provide IMDR number for all decision records and update IMDR status; provide weekly updates and ensure all IMDR are complete
• support the Information Management (IM) Team as required
• arrange ergonomic assessments and ensure all requirements are ordered and provided
• ensure all requirements from ergonomic assessment are ordered and provided
• update staff database and directory with group changes, as needed
• request client drive mapping exceptions
• prepare and submit expenses for IM Team; arrange IM meetings including: book meeting rooms, book conference calls and ensure necessary equipment is available and order catering as requested; arrange travel bookings; prepare and submit business card/stationary orders for group members; perform clerical and general office duties, record and file maintenance, mail distribution, and telephone reception; assist with IM events as necessary; work with the IM Technicians to ensure successful outcome of all administrative duties
• assist the IM Techs with facilitating the on-boarding/off-boarding of IM team
• prepare presentations as required
• maintain and update IM logs
• other tasks as requested

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Take accurate meeting minutes
• Attention to detail
• Superior command of English language both written and oral
• Knowledge of engineering technical terminology
• Minimum of five years of technical document control experience in the oil and gas industry
• Knowledge of document control in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in EDMS systems such as DM, FileNET, Documentum, etc.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional
