The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our client is looking for an Information Management Analyst for a 6 months contract, Perth based. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Meeting with end users to gather and analyse end user requirements
• Apply appropriate business analysis tools and methods as needed to investigate and design solutions that allow business areas to manage their information using existing
systems and applications
• Using defined management system procedures and in collaboration with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and business users, develop procedures and work instructions for
managing information to allow individuals to carry out their day-to-day duties in an efficient, safe and effective manner
• Apply Information Protection, Information Management and any global standards in the development of information requirements, business processes and procedures
• Develop Business Analyst deliverables to agreed methods and standards
• Manage business expectations on the actual scope of solution functions that will be implemented so that there are ‘no surprises’ post plan and design activities
• Provide regular updates to IM leadership on activities, risks and issues Operational Excellence
• For published business processes specific to the team, proactively identify improvement opportunities by analysing business, process and system performance, and provide
recommendations on improvement opportunities to the Lead
• Implementing processes to ensure Quality Assurance standards are met Relationships
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will need to have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Management, Information Systems, Business Systems or Commerce; (or relevant work experience in the resource
or petroleum industry)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, IS or IM, with at least 2 years’ experience in a business environment
• Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, focussing on information artefacts
• Able to apply appropriate business analysis tools and methods as needed, in support of new and existing IM Solutions
• Experience designing processes and procedures
• Knowledge of Information Protection standards in the development of information management business processes and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Document or Enterprise Content Management Systems such as Documentum, Coreworx, or McLaren Fusio
