The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Information Management (IM) Compliance Coordinator. This Perth based permanent opportunity is the primary subject matter expert for IM compliance and governance, data quality and records management. Leading a team this role is responsible for setting and delivering on the IM compliance strategies and providing IM compliance support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, execute and maintain a robust IM audit program and governance framework
• Develop IM policy and governance model to effectively cascade, identify, communicate information stewardship, custodian and workforce responsibilities and obligations throughout the workforce
• Implement an IM data quality framework, including data quality standards, metrics, reporting and compliance tracking
• Execute compliant records management processes and practices
• Develop, execute and maintain IM compliance service levels, metrics, reporting and benchmarking
• Strategic development of a consistent, efficient, effective and innovative records management service
• Foster the IM vision and best practice including encouraging and promoting positive IM commitment and behaviors

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in a relevant information science discipline preferred
• Substantial industry experience required within a similar role
• Exposure to the oil exploration and production environment including major capital projects, operations and subsurface information management would be highly beneficial
• Demonstrated experience in developing audit and governance programs for IM within a large organisation
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and deliver successful operational solutions
• Strong project management and business analysis skills combined with a proven ability to deliver successful solutions to scope, on time and within budget
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of internal and external consultants and service providers
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills including liaison, consultation, negotiation and presentation skills
