The Role:
The Information Management Data Coordinator will ensure successful delivery of data solutions and services to the project teams at current and future locations (including overseas). Specifically this will include –
•Providing support to the Data Manager as required to resolve day to day data management tasks associated with the project hub.
•Assist in monitoring the project-wide Tag Allocation Module provided by Sharecat Solutions
•Liaise with the Offshore Program Contractor Teams and the team to define and document the Subsea project tag specification & tag allocation
•Define the Subsea data handover requirements in the Information Handover Specification Database and then help to maintain these requirements
•Monitor the engineering data collection process for the scope of the project
•Interact with the Offshore Program Contractors and Suppliers to ensure any data delivery issues are resolved in a timely manner
•Proactively seek to resolve data management related queries

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• The successful candidate will work in the Aberdeen Project Office and shall have an understanding of subsea engineering, data hierarchies, tag allocation and the collation of Engineering data and data validation techniques.

• Should also have had previous experience of working in engineering disciplines such as electrical, instruments,
mechanical or process.

• Be fully conversant with using Excel or Access for data manipulation.
