The Role:
The main responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

•Provide Information Management Specialist/SME advice and support to business functions including Information Lifecycle Management
•Provide training, support, process development and deployment of Company IM requirements
•Assist with IM Framework establishment, execution and implementation
•Responsible for assisting the Information Management Coordinator in enforcing the application of the Company’s standards for document management systems, data management systems, processes, procedures, workflow and contract language on the project
•Research, analyze, create, revise, and articulate documented processes where necessary, IM requirements to support the project
•Proactively identify and implement IM improvement opportunities related to MCP and OE Processes. Responsible for the evergreen IM Process
•Regularly report on the activities and issues to the Information Management Coordinator
•Proactively identify and implement IM improvement opportunities related to MCP and OE Processes
•Regularly report on the activities and issues to the Information Management Coordinator
•Advise business functions on the application of IM Strategies, Policies, Standards and Procedures including OEIM to meet their requirements
•Assist with implementation of Information Governance initiatives including development of Audit Reporting
•Assist with establishment of fit for purpose Metadata Models, Permissions Models, Migration Mapping for implementation of Information Management Applications and Tools
•Provide advice to OE Processes in meeting their OE Process Compliance obligations, including the development of Critical Information Inventories and Self-Assessment Audits
•Provide direction for day to day usage of Information Management Applications and Tools in compliance with IM requirements, Document Management Systems, Preservation Orders and information sharing agreements;
•Manage Records collection, including registration/storage/processing and retrieval of non-published items (e.g. company reports);
•Participate in regular Record Retention Schedule reviews;
•Monitor customer activities for compliance with IM standards and processes.
•Develop Information Management training and awareness collateral for delivery to business functions
•Manage Data Quality efforts within IM (cleanse, rationalization, load, transcription) • Manage Distribution, Circulation and Tracking
•Provide cross-functional support to other Information Management functions (including Document Control, Document Management System tools, Web, Collaboration and Knowledge Management, Data Quality Management) when required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Degree in an Information Management related discipline preferred
•Minimum of 5 years prior experience on a MCP
•Advanced computer user, very literate in MS Office professional, with the ability to train others. Must be computer literate – including:
