The Role:
The EOR Projects Group is looking for an IM Coordinator to support a Steam Flood Project. The Project is current in Phase 2 and planning to bid out the Feed contract. The IM Coordinator Leads and coordinates the development, delivery and support of Information Management (IM) systems and processes for the EOR Projects Team and the Steam Flood Project. Ensures processes and collaboration tools are in place to enable efficient and effective transfer of information with due regard to Information Risk Management (IRM).

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plans, develops, and implements an effective Project IM Plan in support of all phases of the Project. Ensures that the IM, IT and information risk management portion of the Project Execution Plan are aligned with the IM strategy.
• Implements and maintains the required systems and processes for management and control of project information data and documentation throughout all project phases. Ensures to enable Project Team members to build and maintain information assets from the start of the Project and through its operational phase.
• Develops, evaluates, selects, and implements information data/document management and control systems to effectively manage database and large files/documents for the Project.
• Ensures that Project Team is able to share data and documents through proper control and review procedures. Provides Project Team members with the tools to view, analyze, and export data; and share selected information with Project Team members.
• Develops cost and resource estimates and schedules for IM support for the Project.
• Develops and maintains Phase 2 and Phase 3 IM contract specifications.
• Creates and implements Front End Engineering Design (FEED) bid process systems and processes.
• Develops FEED IM and IT contract language procedures.
• Manages the JO Project Team’s IM Applications including set up and configuration to enable user’s access to related systems including eB EDMS system, SharePoint, “Box.com” and Shared Drives.
• Develops and implements Phase 2 and Phase 3 Project Team Communications in order for members to raise/resolve issues, provide integration, improve knowledge sharing, and improve decision making.
• Interfaces with the different project disciplines in order to answer queries, clarifies matters and gathers information in preparation and communication of project documentation.
• Carries out other similar or related duties, including, but not limited to, attending Project Team meetings where critical input is required, ensuring the compliance of the division’s personnel with environment, health & safety policies, rules and regulations and reporting potential hazards to appropriate Division, or the like.
• Training, support, process development and global deployment:
• Trains the EOR project team members based in Houston and Kuwait to have a clear understanding of Company or Project specific policies, procedures and software related to access and review documents
• Evaluates Document Control processes and procedures for Project specific modifications
• Provides technical support and assistance for the electronic document management system

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in an Information Management related discipline essential
• Proven IM experience: (+3 years) on medium to large (Major Capital Projects) MCPs and (+5 years) of Information Management (IM) experience
• Demonstrated understanding of IM organizational requirements for large MCPs.
• Good understanding of IM processes and tools required to support MCPs (Electronic Document Management System/CoreWorx, SharePoint, workflow, workload, etc).
• Demonstrated ability to collect and understand business requirements of facility design engineering, fabrication, construction, and system completion, and translate them into processes and procedures that support successful deployment, configuration, user support, user administration and use of IM tools
• Proficient in Operator MCP IM Standards used by the EOR Projects Group, such as DRS Catalog, document numbering, VDD, Facilities Engineering Database (FED).
• Very good written and spoken English skills
